Bidding Requirements

Settlement Requirements

Purchaser shall pay the balance of the purchase price by 4:00 PM CT on the first business day following the sale. Payments shall be made to Bid4Assets. — No exceptions will be made. If the payment policy is not adhered to the winning bidder will forfeit their deposit to the Washington Parish Sheriff’s Office and may be banned from future sales.
