The said lots are designated as Lots No. One (1), Two (2), Three (3) and Four (4) on a map or plat of said subdivision prepared by J.C. Lovell, Surveyor, dated November 6, 1959, and are bounded on the South by Louisiana Highway One (1), on the North or by other properties of Mrs. Estelina Elliott, on the East by a Triangular lot described below that vendors are selling also herein, and on the west by Lot Five (5) shown on the attached plat. General Sale Information
The seller requires that the winning bidder submit the deed transfer information to Bid4Assets within 2 days of the close of auction.
To bid on this auction, all bidders are required to become qualified by placing a deposit. The deposit of the winning bidder is automatically transferred to the seller at the end of the auction. If the winning bidder fails to perform on any auction, the entire BidDeposit will be forfeited to the seller. Non-winning bidder deposit refunds are mailed within ten (10) business days after the close of the auction. This deposit cannot be applied to other auctions. Settlement payments are due ten business days after the auction ends. Bid4Assets will audit and submit payments to Parish, along with the settlement report, within three business days after the settlement due date.
Payments shall be made to Lafourche Parish Sheriff. No exceptions will be made. If the payment policy is not adhered to the winning bidder will forfeit their deposit to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office and may be banned from future sales.
