Legal Description A certain tract land, or town lot, situated in the Town of Lockport. Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana, on the right descending bank of Bayou Lafourche, at about twenty-two (22) miles below the City of Thibodeaux, measuring one hundred (100') feet front on Lafourche Street by a depth of one hundred fifty (150') feet, known as Lots Five (5) and Six (6) of Block Ten (10) on the plan of the Village of Lockport drawn and executed by Allen D'Hemecourt, Surveyor, on December 26, 1835, bounded on the front by Lafourche Street, bounded on the right or towards the woods by Lot Number Four (4) of said Block Ten (10) bounded on the left towards Bayou Lafourche by Lot Number Seven (7) of said Block Ten (10) and bounded in the rear by Carol Street or the present Intracoastal Canal. Together with all the buildings and improvements thereon and all of the rights, ways, privileges and servitudes thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining, subject to the usufruct of the above described property for life reserved by Mae LeBlanc Barrios in that certain Cash Sale recorded under Entry No. 805163 of the records of Lafourche Parish, Louisiana. Being the same property acquired by Our Rentals, LLC by Quitclaim Deed from Kirt M. Loupe and Paula Orgeron Loupe by act before Mark M. Bonura, N.P., dated June 6, 2008 and recorded at COB_________, Page _________, in the official records of the Parish of Lafourche, State of Louisiana.

After the close of the final auction of the day for this seller, all winning bidders are sent detailed instructions via e-mail on settlement procedures and how to provide the necessary deed transfer information.

The seller requires that the winning bidder submit the deed transfer information to Bid4Assets within 2 days of the close of auction.

Bidding Requirements

To bid on this auction, all bidders are required to become qualified by placing a deposit. The deposit of the winning bidder is automatically transferred to the seller at the end of the auction. If the winning bidder fails to perform on any auction, the entire BidDeposit will be forfeited to the seller. Non-winning bidder deposit refunds are mailed within ten (10) business days after the close of the auction. This deposit cannot be applied to other auctions. Settlement Requirements

Settlement payments are due ten business days after the auction ends. Bid4Assets will audit and submit payments to Parish, along with the settlement report, within three business days after the settlement due date. Payments shall be made to Lafourche Parish Sheriff. No exceptions will be made. If the payment policy is not adhered to the winning bidder will forfeit their deposit to the Lafourche Parish Sheriff's Office and may be banned from future sales.

The exact settlement cutoff date and time will be listed in the Deed Wizard settlement process after the close of auction(s).
