Property Description One certain piece or parcel of land together with all the improvements thereon located in the West 1/2 of the Northwest quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 7, T6S, R8E, Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point which is 282.03 feet North 89 degrees 30 minutes East of the Northwest corner of the Southwest quarter for a point of beginning; thence go South 0 degrees, 30 minutes East 376.46 feet; thence North 89 degrees 30 minutes East 100 feet; thence North 0 degrees, 30 minutes West 376.46 feet; thence South 89 degrees, 30 minutes West 100 feet to the point of beginning, all as per survey by Ansil M. Bickford, Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 9, 1982; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.

Bidding Requirements

Settlement Requirements

Purchaser shall pay the balance of the winning bid price (accounting for the $1,000 deposit) by 4:00 PM CT / 5:00 PM ET on the first business day after the Auction. Payments shall be made to Bid4Assets in accordance with post-auction instructions. No exceptions will be made. If the payment policy is not adhered to the winning bidder will forfeit their deposit and may be banned from future sales.

The exact settlement cutoff date and time will be listed in the Deed Wizard settlement process after the close of auction(s).
