General Sale Information
The seller requires that the winning bidder submit the deed transfer information to Bid4Assets within 2 days of the close of auction.
Purchaser shall pay the balance of 10% of the purchase price by close of business on the first business day after the Auction directly to the Oklahoma County court clerk. Purchaser shall pay the remaining balance at least one business day before the confirmation hearing with a cashier’s check or money order made out to Oklahoma County court clerk with the case number associated with properties you are purchasing.
