Deposit Requirements

non-refundable deposit is required to participate for the auction due within 48
hours from the end of the said Auction.. Final payment 75% owed is due within 5
days from the end of the said Auction.. A quick claim deed will be given at time
of settlement. There is a $295 deed preparation fee associated with this auction
as well as a 10% admin fee.

Auction
After the close of the final listing for auction, all winning bidders
are sent detailed instructions via e-mail on the settlement procedures and how

This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 10.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).
