You are bidding on the full purchase price. If the winning bid amount is less than $2,000, the full purchase price plus fees will be due within 48 hours after the auction close. If the winning bid is more than $2,000, a 20% deposit will be due within 48 hours and the balance of payments will be due within 7 days of the auction close. There will be a $500.00 deed fee and a 7% buyer's premium added to purchase price. Upon receipt of the payment/deposit, a contract signed by the seller will be sent to you to sign and send back to seller. Upon receipt of full payment, the quitclaim deed will be sent to the County to be recorded into your name and a copy of the quitclaim deed will be sent to you. We accept cashier’s check, wire transfer, and money order.
This auction requires that the winning bidder pay a Buyer's Premium of 7.00% of the winning bid amount. (The Buyer's Premium covers the costs associated with the auction).
This amount will be added to the winning bid and will be included in the total purchase price paid by the Buyer to the Seller.
