Settlement Requirements

Winning bidder is responsible for all liens, encumbrances and back taxes. Full payment is due within 5 calendar days of the auction's close. Seller accepts certified funds via mail, wire, or ACH. A quitclaim deed will be given at time of settlement. Bank will pay deed preparation and recording costs and will handle deed recording free of cost. Buyer pays NO closing costs.
