Buyer is responsible for all liens and encumbrances, and unpaid taxes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auction's close, full payment is due by 3pm ET on 10/31/11. The balance of the winning bid plus $500 to record the deed and transfer taxes. No personal checks will be accepted. Please have your financial arrangements in place. Upon receiving the total amount of verifiable funds, seller will record the deed transferring the property to the purchaser, and mail a copy to the purchaser.
