This week, registration is closing for our Fresno auction and bidding is closing for the charity land auction benefitting the Gary Sinise Foundation. On the schedule are tax sales for counties throughout California, Washington state as well as Nevada. Charity Auction
The Gary Sinise Foundation is auctioning off a vacant lot near Wild Acres Lake in Delaware Township, PA. The 0.48-acre lot has property taxes paid through November 2019. Pike county PA is located in northeast PA and is considered part of the NYC/Newark/Jersey City metropolitan area.
All proceeds from the sale will support the Gary Sinise Foundation. The Gary Sinise Foundation honors America’s defenders, veterans, first responders, their families, and those in need by creating and supporting unique programs designed to entertain, educate, inspire, strengthen, and build communities. This no reserve auction ends on March 11th at 3pm EST.
Fresno County
Fresno County California is hosting a tax sale March 13th - 16th. This tax sale is no reserve and features a whopping 260 parcels starting as low as $400. This massive auction will include various property types in and outside the city limits. Properties include subdivision lots, land parcels, and several offerings located in or near mineral-rich areas such as oil fields, ranches, etc. Properties are available for just a fraction of their recently assessed value. Fresno County is a part of central California and comprises the 5th largest city in the state – Fresno, which is located near Sacramento, Yosemite, Sequoia National Park and more.
Deposits are due TODAY March 9th by 4pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit.
Clark County
Clark County in Washington state is hosting a tax sale March 17th and 18th. This will be a no reserve auction on 59 foreclosed properties with a single $2,500 deposit due at registration. A single tax foreclosed property will be available at this auction starting at $15,784.
Clark County is located in southwest Washington state and is the third most populous county in the state, comprising a portion of the Portland/Vancouver/Hillsboro area.
Deposits are due March 11th by 4pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit.
Alameda County
Alameda County California is hosting a tax sale March 20th to the 23rd . This tax sale is no reserve and features nearly 200 parcels starting at $1,084. This massive auction will include various property types in and outside the city limits. Most properties are in the city of Oakland, but you will find offerings in Emeryville, Berkeley, Alameda, San Leandro and Castro Valley, among others. Alameda County is the seventh most populous state in California, home to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and their suburbs.
Deposits are due March 17th by 4pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit.
King County
King County Washington is hosting a tax sale March 24th-25th. You will find 113 parcels for auction during this sale. All parcels are no reserve and start at just $900. Details on properties will be listed in the days leading up to the tax sale.
Kings County is the county seat of Seattle, WA, the largest city in the Pacific Northwest.
Deposits are due March 19th by 4pm EST with a single $1,500 deposit.
Douglas County
The Douglas County tax sale, taking place March 25th, consists of 7 parcels with starting bids as low as $493 and no reserve. More information on properties and sites will be posted online prior to the auction.
Douglas County is located in central Washington state and has a quaint population of 38,000. The county is part of the Wenatchee metropolitan area, known as the Apple Capital of the World.
Registration is due on Mar 19th at 4pm EST with a single $500 deposit.
