First on the radar this week are two tax-title property auctions in Washington state taking place next month. The counties in question are King County and Pierce County.
The King County tax sale boasts 199 tax title properties, in the form of traditional single-family properties, vacant land parcels and more. Minimum bids range from $800 to $50,000.
Pierce County is offering 53 parcels, with property starting bids at $265 and ranging from .01 acres to 51 acres. On average, parcels measure less than one acre across seven different townships.
Deposits for both counties are due 1pm PST on October 16th. King County requires a $1,500 deposit and Pierce County requires a $750 deposit. The Pierce County auction will take place October 21st and the King County auction will be held October 22nd.
As with all tax sales hosted on Bid4Assets, every auction available is no reserve. This means the highest bid at or above the minimum will win the property. Finally, we have this 2.15 acre parcel in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey. Assessed at $50,400 this no reserve auction starts at just $1 and will close at 3:00pm EST September 30th. Buyer will receive the property free of all tax liens, can purchase title insurance from CTL Title Agency in Voorhees, New Jersey. Keep in mind the buyer of this auction will be responsible for all closing cost plus any title insurance premium and transfer taxes.
