US Marshals Auctions

The U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) has contracted with BidAssets to hold public online auctions for forfeited property. Homes, land, commercial property and varoius kinds of personal property such as jewelry, artwork, cars and boats are ordered to be auctioned under laws enforced or administered by the United States Department of Justice and its investigative agencies.
