We are back with updates on some of the best tax sales coming up on the calendar. In addition to tax sales, we also have an exciting auction coming up this week for the assets of a credit card marketing company. There’s also updates to our county tax sale schedule and we’re happy to present a comprehensive list of all tax sale auctions currently listed here.

The tax sales below are located in the state of California. If you haven’t already, please sign up for e-mail alerts. With that being said, let’s take a look at these auctions.

Business Liquidation

This is a business liquidation auction for a private company based in Rockville, MD. The business specializes in online credit card applications. This private auction is liquidating assets: two domain names and a web platform. The latter provided online marketing for various kinds of credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and others.

This auction is no reserve with a minimum bid of $5,000, running from February 14th – 18th.

Tax Sale Calendar

Yuba County

Yuba County California is hosting a tax sale February 22nd through 25th. This will be a no reserve auction with bids starting at just $4,000 on over 60 foreclosed properties. We are excited to present a thorough list of properties available at just a fraction of their value in this sale. These include residential properties, both land and homes in the cities of Olivehurst, Browns Valley, Linda and more. There’s something for every investor with plots measuring just over a quarter of an acre and larger offerings measuring up to 220 acres.

Yuba County is part of the Sacramento-Roseville area and one of the single most biodiverse counties in the nation. Nationally protected forests and nature preserves make it a beautiful place for residential families and tourism. Full property lists available at the link above.

Deposits are due Feb. 18th by 4pm EST with a single $2,000 deposit.

Contra Costa County

Contra Costa county, located in the suburban region of the San Francisco, on the opposite side of the Bay area, offers 39 parcels in their upcoming tax sale. This no reserve auction will be held Feb. 22-25th. Bidding starts at just $5,000. Properties are in the cities of Oakley, Concord, Pleasant Hill, San Pablo, Richmond and more.

Online registration for this tax sale is due on Feb. 18th at 4:00pm EST/1:00pm PST. A $5,000 deposit is required with registration. Property lists from the treasurer’s office are available with zip codes, addresses and more information via the link above.

Sacramento County

Sacramento County is offering more than 50 parcels for auction in the coming weeks. The auction will take place Feb. 24-26th and is a no reserve auctions. Deposits are due Feb. 19th at 4:00pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit. Properties have starting bids ranging from $5,000 or upwards of $200,000 with a mixture of residential single-family homes, land and more.

Sacramento county is located in the central part of the state and sits in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains. It’s home to Sacramento, a flourishing city with professional sports, higher education, museums, an airport and tons of attractions for local families and tourists alike.
