The US Marshals are auctioning off a 1998 Cobalt 293T fiberglass Sterndrive power boat in fair condition. The boat is 29 feet in length and weighs 6,950 pounds. It is currently docked in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands and has a minimum bid of $12,750. Additional photos can be found at the link above.
Auction runs from 9AM January 13th to 3pm January 15th.
A quarter of an acre is on auction in Willcox, AZ (Cochise County) starting at $1 with no reserve. This is a private auction. Taxes on the property are approximately $120 per year and the lot sits in a residential area of town.
Cochise County provides many different opportunities to attract land and property owners including but not limited to: authentic international cuisine, fiery Mexican and hearty cowboy fare served from food trucks, rich soil, high elevation, and cool nights and warm days which make for medal-winning wines. Tucson and many "gold rush" towns are a short drive away and with low land costs, this is the perfect place for an investment builder or someone looking for a new home.
The auction will end Jan. 14th at 3pm.
The county of Santa Clara is hosting a tax sale January 17-21. Deposits are due Jan. 14th by 4pm EST. This will be a no reserve auction with a single $5,000 deposit due at registration. Information on registration and terms of sale are available at the link above. Property lists will be made available at a later date.
Santa Clara County is located in Northern California, home to Silicon Valley, San Jose making it the most affluent county on the West Coast. With nearby Stanford University, Wine Country and stunning hillsides in the background, this county is a crown jewel for your next investment.
Three California counties have upcoming tax sales with registrations due on Jan. 21st at 4pm.
Calaveras County is offering six parcels at no reserve. Bidding starts at $4,400 and a single registration fee of $2,000 is required as a deposit. The actual auction will take place Jan. 24-27th. Calaveras County is a Northern California gem in Gold country and the High Sierra region, home to giant sequoia trees, and San Andreas.
Merced County is auctioning off local property starting at just $692 with no reserve. The Merced county deposit is $2,500. This tax sale is also taking place Jan. 24-27th. Merced County is located north of Fresno, CA, home to over 250,000 people.
Nevada County is offering 17 tax-defaulted properties at no reserve. Bis will start at $2,500 and a single deposit of $2,500 is due at registration. Nevada County is located in the Sierra Nevada mountains of northern California, a modest drive from Sacramento.
Clark County in Washington state is hosting a tax sale February 4th and 5th. Deposits are due Jan. 29th by 4pm EST. This will be a no reserve auction on 59 foreclosed properties with a single $2,500 deposit due at registration. Information on registration and terms of sale are available at the link above. Don’t forget to set reminders for these auctions and perform your due diligence. The earlier you submit your deposit, more time you can spend researching properties.
