As the world hunkers down and practices social distancing to ward off the current pandemic, we’re hard at work bringing you tax sales that are easy to engage with from anywhere in the world. Yuba County

Yuba County, California is hosting a tax sale April 18th-21st. This no reserve auction with starting bids as low as just $7,000. Yuba County is known for offering an extensive range of properties throughout Olivehurst, Browns Valley, Linda and more. Full property lists will be available in the near future.

Yuba County is part of the Sacramento-Roseville area and the single most biodiverse county in the nation. Nationally protected forests and nature reserves make it a beautiful place for residential families and tourism. Full property lists available in the link above.

Deposits are due April 14th by 4pm EST with a single $2,000 deposit.


Alameda County

Alameda County, California is hosting a tax sale March 20th – 23rd. This tax sale is no reserve and features nearly 200 parcels starting at $1,084. A mixture of properties will be available within the city limits of Oakland, but you will find offerings in Emeryville, Berkeley, Alameda, San Leandro and Castro Valley, among others. Alameda County is the seventh most populous state in California, home to San Francisco, Oakland, Berkeley and their suburbs.

Deposits are due March 17th by 4pm EST with a single $5,000 deposit.


King County

King County, Washington is returning with a brand-new tax sale next week, March 24th-25th.  You will find over 100 parcels for auction at no reserve and with starting bids at just $900. Details on properties will be listed in the coming days.

Kings County is the county seat of Seattle, WA, the largest city in the Pacific Northwest. 

Deposits are due March 19th by 4pm EST with a single $1,500 deposit.


Douglas County

The Douglas County, Nevada tax sale taking place March 25th will offer a quaint selection of real estate at just 7 parcels presented by the Clerk-Treasurer. Bids begin at $493 and no reserve. More information on properties and sites will be posted online prior to the auction.

Douglas County is located in central Washington state and has a quaint population of 38,000. The county is part of the Wenatchee metropolitan area, known as the Apple Capital of the World.

Registration is due on Mar 19th at 4pm EST with a single $500 deposit.


Imperial County

Imperial County, California is offering 77 parcels from April 17th – April 20th. Bids on this no reserve auction are starting as low as $100. Parcels include many residential properties from vacant lots to homes. More complete property lists will be available closer to the auction date.

Imperial County is located in southeast California and is a part of the El Centro metropolitan area.

Registration is due on April 14th at 4pm EST with a single $2,500 deposit.
