We’re back with another round of exciting auctions for you here at Bid4Assets. We’ve compiled some deals that you’ll want to bookmark and several tax sales that are worth marking on your calendar. Deposits Due in Upcoming Tax-Title Auctions
Two large tax-title sales are currently accepting deposits until 4pm EST/1pm PST on October 16th.
King County is hosting a tax sale Oct 22nd – 23rd with nearly 200 hundred no reserve auctions for properties and lots. Listings start as low as $500 and a $1,500 deposit is required to participate in the tax sale. Notable properties include land parcels near Puget Sound with a starting bid of $1,000 and ranchettes starting at $4,000 in prestigious Cottage Lake.
Located in Northwest Washington, the county seat of Seattle is consistently one of the fastest growing metropolitan areas in the US. King county is home to many suburban communities, lakes, parks and premier property within the state.
The tax sale for Pierce County will be held from October 21st – 22nd and feature 53 tax-title parcels. All of the offerings in this auction are no reserve and will have starting bids as low as just $265. To be eligible for the auction, submit a deposit of $750 by the October 16th due date. Look for incredible deals on township properties such a 51-acre property on Connells Prairie Rd starting at $109,000 against a $535,500 assessment or a 4-acre residential property on SR 165 assessed at $142,000 starting at $28,000. Other notable listings include small land plots in Townships 19, 20 and 22 starting at several hundred dollars.
Pierce County is the second most populous county in Washington, home to the city of Tacoma and Mount Rainier, and part of the greater Seattle metropolitan area.
Santa Clara County, California Tax Sale
Deposits for this California tax sale are due October 21st at 4pm EST/1pm PST. With approximately 50 no reserve listings up for grabs, there’s something for every level of investor. Bids will start as low as $1,500 and deposits at $5,000 will grant access to every auction listing in the tax sale. This auction features some tantalizing deals that showcase exactly what makes tax sales so important for investors. There will be a wide selection of listings with starting bids at a fraction of their assessed value, such as a Palo Alto home (assessed value $452,000) starting at $75,000 and Morgan Hill property (assessed value $337,000) beginning at just $9,000. Bidders will also find huge discounts on million-dollar properties and vacant properties prime for remodel.
Santa Clara County is located in Northern California, home to Silicon Valley, San Jose making it the most affluent county on the West Coast. With nearby Stanford University, Wine Country and stunning hillsides in the background, this county is a crown jewel for your next investment.
Starting at just $1, this no reserve private auction deserves your attention. The single-family ranch home in Alloway, NJ, located near the Delaware border, sits on a .75-acre lot. Perfect for an investor looking to flip a home or someone looking to renovate a house for their own private residence. The auction ends October 16th at 3pm EST.
If you’re looking for land in the Sunshine State, this private auction is worth your attention. Ending October 15th at 3pm EST, this is .28 acres available in Port Charlotte. This is a gorgeous property ready to be cleared and transformed into a sunny getaway, second home or retirement destination. The average home in the city averages nearly $200,000. The starting bid for this lot is $4,995 with no reserve.
Port Charlotte is located near the Punta Gorda metropolitan area on Florida’s Gulf Coast. In addition to the beautiful coastal beaches the town also offers a Country Fest and art festival in Fisherman’s Village as some of its unique attractions.
